Taking its name from its former use as a place where the local fisherman would hang their nets to dry, it has been cleverly redesigned to offer a one-bedroom apartment over two levels. Unassuming from the outside, there is on street parking available.
Entering the property, there is a welcoming hallway which leads to the dining kitchen and stairs to the upper level. The generous, well-equipped kitchen has everything you would need for a self-catering stay and a dining table for when you want to eat at home. The kitchen leads directly onto the patio area where there is a bistro set, garden sofa and gas barbecue.
On the first floor there is a comfortable lounge with sofas and armchair, smart TV and a range of books and games. One of the sofas is a sofa bed suitable for use by up to two children. The dual aspect bedroom has a superking bed and plenty of storage space. A shower room completes the accommodation. Ideally suited to a couple or a young family, Net Loft is a modern and well-maintained property offering great value. If travelling as part of a larger group, the neighbouring property Misty Morn can be booked together with Net Loft to accommodate up to 12 guests.
Net Loft is ideally located with the coastal path and shoreline literally round the corner, and the harbourfront of Anstruther an easy few minutes’ walk away. There is a great selection of bars, restaurants and bistros nearby as well as the infamous fish and chip shops. The East Neuk is perfect for a relaxing break by the sea, or even for a more active holiday with walking, watersports and of course golf just some of the activities you might want to try. It is a popular family destination and known as being very dog friendly too. St Andrews is a 15 minute drive and Edinburgh one hour so it is a great base for travelling further afield.
