A stunning weekend eco retreat at Off Grid Travel at Cambo
Enjoy a two-night January weekend break for a family of 4 at The Bothy, by Off Grid Travel at Cambo. Escape to a magical ancient landscape, a stunning off-grid retreat and a true showcase of sustainable design and beautiful modern architecture.
Each cabin is fitted with all the modern comforts you could wish for, including a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a hot shower.
So after your day exploring the Scottish Deer Centre enjoy returning to your chic off grid cabin. The Bothy is in its own private bit of woodland on Cambo Estate. Complete with wood burning stove for wintry nights and huge fire-pit for getting the family around, it's the perfect base for exploring St Andrews, or simply enjoying walks along the Fife Coastal Path direct from your door and the stunning surroundings of this historic Estate.
Completely off the grid, each cabin is powered by solar, built from locally sourced timber, insulated with with recycled newspapers and filled only with sustainably sourced, ethical interiors.
Sunday lunch at The Bothy St Andrews
Enjoy a complimentary 3 course lunch for a family of 4 at The Bothy, a quintessential Scottish bolthole, tucked away from the throng of the busy thoroughfares of St Andrews and nestled in a cosy corner of Church Square. With a menu driven by provenance and passion, you can expect seasonal Scottish produce at the heart of their dishes.
Family entry and lunch at The Scottish Deer Centre & Wildlife Park
Enjoy a visit to one of Fife's most popular visitor attractions, The Scottish Deer Centre & Wildlife Park. Set in the Fife countryside, covering over 55 acres, the family will love to feed the 12 species of deer from around the world, watch the bird of prey show, spot wolves, otters and other rare Scottish species including the wildcat.
And as if that wasn't enough, there's an indoor play area, adventure playground, a kart track and woodland walks.
And after all that the kids are sure to be hungry to enjoy a complimentary lunch in the cafe in the courtyard.

The overnight stay at Off Grid Travel at Cambo is valid for Fri 12th and Sat 13th Jan 2024 and cannot be transferred to an alternative date. Off Grid Travel will provide all the details for your stay and any additional terms and conditions directly.
Entry to the Scottish Deer Centre & Wildlife Centre and lunch can be taken on either 12th or 13th Jan 2024. Separate T&Cs may apply.
Sunday lunch at The Bothy includes a 3 course lunch for a family of 4 on 14th Jan 2024. Please note alcohol and drinks are not included. Any purchases on top of this will be charged at an additional cost.

Prize will be drawn and winners contacted by email on Fri 8th Dec 2023 and must be accepted within 3 days.
Prize must be accepted and taken on weekend of 12-14th Jan 2024 and is not transferable. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
