The Boathouse on the shore at Anstruther is a gastro pub serving fabulous food, wonderful wines and classic beers alongside great teas, coffees and cakes. We also offer luxury accommodation in a stunning location.

Luxury Accomodation The apartment is available for short breaks and longer holidays. Sleeps 6/7 in 3 bedrooms. Harbour-side, conservation area location with spectacular views across the yachts and fishing boats. This is an exceptional location for a holiday.

Our Food Philosophy: Fresh, Local, Prepared in our Kitchen. Our aim is to offer great food that has been locally sourced and freshly prepared in the kitchen. We don't buy frozen chips or sauces - these are prepared from scratch by our chefs. Our fish, meat and vegetables are all from local suppliers and our fish is from local waters wherever possible. Our Wine Philosophy: Consistent, affordable, good quality We take great care to ensure that we keep good stocks of our main house reds and whites, ensuring that a consistent range of wine is always available. We also endeavour to provide a varying selection of interesting, good-value visiting wine Our Beer Phlos...Phlosho.... Philosophy: Variety, Quality, Authenticity Well, yes we do have a beer phloshofy. Based on a great affection for great beers. We aim to offer a wide variety of international bottled beers; a consistent set of good quality keg beers; and a changing range of classic casks.

In our cask selection we give a good place to local and regional craft ales. AND DON'T FORGET CIDERS!! We have a range of apple, pear and other fruit ciders. Blackthorn on draft and bottles of Magners, Mixed Fruit, Strawberry, Pear .... come in and enjoy.
