Kingsbarns Distillery produces a lowland single malt whisky, using local barley and water from an aquifer below the old farm steading that houses the distillery’s visitor centre and production area. Whisky tours run daily and can be booked online.

The distillery is also the home of Darnley’s Gin, also distilled on site, using home-grown botanicals. As well as gin tours, visitors can book to visit the Gin School, where they learn how to create their own gin, before distilling it.

Besides tours, the licensed café is open for whisky and gin tastings, light lunches, coffee and cake, and there is a shop selling a good range of whisky, gin and gifts.

The venue can also cater for exclusive dinners or receptions, which can be arranged by request.

Open 7 days a week; situated between St. Andrews and Crail, close to the world famous Kingsbarns championship golf course.
