Run by Lucy Hine and Stephen Marshall, Futtle is a Soil Association certified organic brewery based in the East Neuk of Fife between St.Monans and Elie. Open every weekend, it features the largest selection of organic drinks in Fife with over 200 natural wines, wild ciders, it's own East Neuk Organic Spiced Rum and organic kombucha. The taproom has an every changing selection of fresh beer on tap and a record shop with rare and collectible records on sale. Most weekends feature either live music or Djs and pop up food vans.
