PassionMy passion is for Seasonal food sourced locally and I have been honoured by my region with the title Fife Food Ambassador, for my work in promoting the food and hospitality world in Fife. As a committee member of the Guild of Food writers I work with some of the top food commentators in the world.
What can I do for you?I have a unique set of skills which can be applied to a whole range of services
TEAM BUILDING through food and cooking. FOOD TOURS I have contacts across Scotland. COOKING CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS. My bespoke classes are for small groups to large families and friends, I teach generic skills such as fish or game or we can prepare a dinner party or a boys night or hen party. I have organised EVENTS for both food and non food organisations. I write blogs and articles for WEBSITES and my blog REVIEWS RESTAURANTS. As a CONSULTANT I have helped business’s to achieve entry to major guides and tourism awards. I am an original AFTER DINNER SPEAKER and have regular radio appearances.
